The most common reason for not being able to access your account is wrong password and/or wrong mobile number being used.

First confirm that you are using the mobile number that is associated with your Delm8 account.

If you are still unable to access your account, please reset your password by doing the following:

  • Delm8 Pro
    • Select the ‘Forgot Password’ option and follow the on-screen instructions.
    • You will be prompted to enter your registered mobile number, and a one-time passcode will be sent to that number.
    • Use this code to reset your password.
    • Once you have reset your password, you should be able to continue.

***If you are still having issues, try restarting the app or contact Delm8 support team.

Delm8 has a flexible corporate package that will allow a company to provide their drivers access to Delm8 under a single account. You can add/remove drivers from your account as you wish.

No matter how many drivers you have, no business is too big or too small for Delm8.

There are 2 versions of Delm8 in the app stores. The standard Delm8 and the Delm8 route planner.

Both versions of Delm8 will give you the accuracy that is associated with Delm8 app and will pinpoint named addresses such as farms and cottages, but they have very important differences.

Delm8 mobile apps was built for professional drivers and it caters for all. That is why we built 2 versions of Delm8.

Original Delm8

The original Delm8 is the most loved and popular address finder in the UK with many 1000s of drivers depending on it daily for their work.

With Delm8 app drivers can MANUALLY plan their routes from the ‘Multiple destination’ tab, and they can also navigate to single destinations from the ‘Single Destinations’ tab.

Delm8 Route Planner (Delm8 pro)

Delm8 route planner is our latest and most advanced AI enabled automated route planner.

With the Delm8 route planner drivers can create unlimited routes and automatically plan over 100 stops in each route.

**so the main difference between the 2 apps is the fact that Delm8 route planner is an automated route planning system and the original Delm8 is a manual route planner.

Sometimes it might be necessary to clear your app’s cache to help it work better.

The steps to clear the cache for an Android phone are:

  • Open settings on your phone.
  • Within the settings screen, search for ‘Apps’
  • then search for Delm8 Route Planner and tap on ‘Storage’.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select ‘Clear cache’.

You can update some of your details directly from the Delm8 app.

Go to ‘My Profile Details‘ or ‘My Account’ to check your registered email address, phone number and name.

You will be able to update your email address and name from the profile section, but not your mobile number.

To change your mobile number please email Delm8 support team.

Our teams are devoted to maintaining our database of addresses.

If you come across an address that is not listed, please utilise the ‘Report Missing Address’ form in the menu of the app, and we will take care of it promptly.

You are free to cancel your subscription any time as Delm8 operates on a rolling contract basis. You are not tied down to a lengthy contract.

The cancellation process will depend on your phone.

  • Android users can cancel directly from their Delm8 app or from Google Play if you are running the standard Delm8 app.

 

  • To cancel an iPhone subscription please do the following:
    • From your iPhone, go to settings > select your AppleID/email address > select subscription and then search for Delm8.

If you have already made a payment and the app is not functioning properly, please restart the app and DO NOT make any additional payments.

If you are an iPhone user, please locate the ‘Restore Purchase’ button and select it to reconnect your app to your Apple account.

If your app is generally slow to react to taps it might be time to clear the cache data.

The process of clearing cache data will depend on your phone’s make and model, but in general, these are steps to clear app data from your phone (Android):

> Open settings on your phone.

> Within the settings screen, search for APPs.

> Then look for Delm8.

> Tap on ‘Storage’.

> Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select ‘Clear cache’.

**Please note that you will have to login after this step, so it is best to note your registered mobile number.

Delm8 app is committed to your privacy, that is why we have put in place a robust data protection regime that is in full compliance with UK and European data protection legislations.

As part of the user registration process, we requested for your name, email address and mobile phone number. This data is held in secure UK based servers and are only used for the purposes of providing you with access to Delm8 app.

If you would like us to delete this data, please select this link and fill the relevant form.

Your request will be dealt with inline with our privacy policy.

**Even after making this request, you will still have to cancel any active subscription that you may have.
